Defense secretary ordered to report on Chinese spy balloon damage

What does this do?

HR 934 requires the Secretary of Defense to produce a report within 90 days of enactment on the Chinese spy balloon that flew over the United States before being shot down in February 2023. The report must address any national security harm caused and detail the technology and materials recovered from the wreckage, including where those parts were manufactured. The report must be publicly available in unclassified form, though a separate classified section is permitted for sensitive information.
