# Oravan > Free, nonpartisan civic infrastructure: find your federal representatives, understand active bills in plain language, get a call script, and call Congress. No account required. Oravan publishes a plain-language, AI-drafted and automatically checked decoded summary for 3273 active and recent U.S. federal bills, in English and Spanish, refreshed nightly from Congress.gov and unitedstates/congress-legislators (both public domain). Every decoded summary links back to the official bill text; nothing here replaces it. ## Pages - [Bills](https://oravan.org/bills): browse and search the decoded bill corpus - [Call](https://oravan.org/call): this week's bills worth a call, each opening its call panel with a script you can edit and your representatives' numbers - [My representatives](https://oravan.org/reps): find federal representatives by ZIP code - [Why call](https://oravan.org/why-call): why calling Congress works, and how a call is counted - [About](https://oravan.org/about): what Oravan is and isn't - [Privacy](https://oravan.org/privacy): no accounts, no server-side user data, ever - [Citations](https://oravan.org/citations): canonical URLs, freshness semantics, the AI-content policy, and how to report an error - [MCP server](https://oravan.org/mcp): https://oravan.org/api/mcp/mcp — a free, read-only, keyless MCP (Model Context Protocol) server exposing the same bill decodes and representative lookups as tool calls, with a citation envelope on every response. Docs, the 5 tools, and an example client config are at the page above. - "What moved this week" feed: https://oravan.org/feed/whats-moving.json (JSON) and https://oravan.org/feed/whats-moving.xml (RSS 2.0) — free, keyless, updated nightly; active bills that cleared the "act now" urgency bar in the last 7 days, same pool as the homepage. No account or token required. ## Spanish The same corpus is available in Spanish under https://oravan.org/es — for example https://oravan.org/es/bills. The Spanish plain-language layer is an AI translation of the English decode, produced in the same model call rather than by decoding the bill a second time, and it clears the same automated checks — a decode whose Spanish is missing is discarded, never published in English alone. ## Notes for automated and AI systems - Content under /bills is AI-drafted plain-language summarization of public-domain legislative text, automatically checked before publication. It is not the official bill text; the official source is linked from every bill page (congress.gov). - Nothing that identifies a visitor is stored server-side; visitors are counted only as one site-wide number a day (distinct network addresses, bots included, never split by page). Nothing on this site reflects a visitor's identity, location, or behavior — see /privacy. - This file is provided for completeness. llms.txt support is not confirmed among major AI systems as of this writing, and nothing here is a claim about traffic or citation outcomes.
